  1. See an OMMU-registered qualified physician.   4. Receive the OMMU ID card and purchase from an MMTC. Florida medical marijuana use cards arrive by mail within roughly 10 business days of complete application. Patients may purchase up to 2.5 ounces of smokable cannabis per 35-day supply window and a 70-day supply of non-smokable forms from any of Florida’s licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs).
